是RMS值?或者SUM值?还是其他地方?
2.在Tapping模式下,下针前所调的白色线共振峰对应的频率
就是悬臂的共振频率吗?气相中、液相中的都适用吗?

There are 2 ways to know the mass on cantilever. (1) Staic : the deflection of cantilever. (2) Dynamic : the amplitudur or frequecy of cantilever oscillation. To meauseure the mass on cantilever is not easy to do and almost all of AFM makers can not offer standard product. It need special tool to do this. And you need a very soft cantilever. This is a very new technology for bio sensor. You can modify AFm to reach your target. But you must design special monitor system to meet requiremet. For example, laser alignment for multi cantilever, new software for timing analysis. |
